This policy explains how Leadlinx handles information collected through this website and its contact form. It does not cover separate lead generation campaigns or other websites, which may have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, work email, company (if supplied), and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive the information in your email.
Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and request details. This site also loads Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to obtain those font files.
How we use information
We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential business relationship, maintain a record of the conversation, and protect the website from misuse. We do not use this contact form to automatically add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored and shared
Contact form submissions are stored in a private Vercel Blob store and are available to authorized Leadlinx administrators. Vercel processes information to host the website and provide storage. Google receives technical request information when your browser loads Google Fonts.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not make contact form submissions publicly available. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Cookies and security
The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The private admin area uses a session cookie so an authorized administrator can view submissions.
We use access controls and private storage to protect contact submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. We will respond in line with applicable law and may need to verify your request.
Children
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through the site.
